Fascism doesn't begin when everybody becomes evil. That's the comforting fairy tale. It starts quietly when everyday people accept small compromises of their values, tolerate the loss of rights for others.
The immigrant. The protester. The journalist.The trans kid.The Muslim.The academic.The poor. The vulnerable,
Everybody thinks they're safely standing behind the line. Nobody notices the line keeps moving.
Fascism targets groups of people. Fascism feeds on fear, silence, and despair.
That’s exactly why we can’t give it what it wants. We’re not powerless and history shows that collective resistance matters.
Fascism is currently growling at the door. Fascism is anti-human. We all have an obligation and no choice but to fight back. Otherwise we all lose. We cannot tolerate the forces of intolerance.The alternative is unthinkable.
Solidarity is our most effective weapon and vaccine against fascism. The people united will never be defeated! No pasaron!
